ABOUT ME
My name is David Clevinger. I am a fitness trainer and competitive powerlifter with six years of experience working with teen equestrian athletes. My goal is to help you, or your athlete, get stronger and build confidence with a balanced program of weight training, sprinting, jumping, throwing, and stretching. Proper form and mechanics will always be of utmost importance in my programs, weight and complexity will only be added when the athlete is ready. For "In Person" and "Hybrid" clients, I also offer detailed flexibility/ mobility assesments.
